Circulation Items
The Lebanon Public Library circulates both physical items - like books - and downloadable materials, as well. The circulating collection includes:
- Books (including large print)
- Audio-books
- Music CD's
- Videos
- Kits
- Magazines & newspapers

Reference Collection
The reference collection includes both digital materials (which can be accessed from home with a library card) and a wide variety of general and specialized encyclopedias and other materials for in-library use, including:
- General reference materials
- Telephone books
- Local newspaper on microfilm
- Oregon State Statutes
- Genealogy resources

- Typewriter

Reference Assistance
Reference assistance is available to help find information and materials. Your patience during busy periods is appreciated.
Holds
If you would like to borrow an item currently checked out, you may place a hold on it. You will be notified by mail or email of its availability. There is a $ 0.50 per item reshelving fee for items that are not checked out or the hold canceled within 7 days of becoming available.
Inter-library Loans
If you need to borrow materials that our library does not own, other libraries can be contacted. The fee for this is $3.00 per item payable when you pick up the item/s.
Purchase Requests
If you would like to suggest materials for the library to buy, please fill out a request form. While these suggestions are seriously considered, they are not guaranteed.
