Notice of Public Hearing - City of Lebanon State Revenue Sharing
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the Lebanon City Council will be held to accept testimony on the proposed uses of State Revenue Sharing in the City of Lebanon Budget for 2020-21 at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2020. A copy of the budget document may be obtained by contacting Matt Apken at mapken@ci.lebanon.or.us or by phone at (541) 258.4212. However, the City strongly encourages accessing the document on the City of Lebanon website www.ci.lebanon.or.us.
This is a Council meeting and hearing where deliberation of Council will take place. Any person may comment on the possible uses of the State Revenue Sharing funds. The following options are available for participation:
- Written comments may be submitted to the Finance Director (925 S. Main St. Lebanon, OR) and must be received by Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.
- Digital comments (email) may be submitted to mapken@ci.lebanon.or.us by Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 5:00 pm.
The Council will read, review and consider all public comment.
This meeting will be held electronically and can be viewed at the following web address at the applicable time.
