Sealed proposals for the 2018 Street Preservation (‘E’ Street, ‘J’ Street, and Airport Road) Project in Lebanon will be received by Ron Whitlatch, Engineering Services Director, at Lebanon City Hall located at 925 Main Street, Lebanon, Oregon 97355 until 9:00 am on May 8, 2018, when the sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read. The outside of the envelopes shall plainly identify the following:
- Project Name and Number
- Bid Opening Time and Date
- Bidder’s Company Name
- Bidder’s CCB License Number
Proposals submitted after the above-specified time or with incomplete or incorrect information will be considered non-responsive. If you have any questions concerning the project, please contact Gaylan Morris, Project Manager, at (541) 258.4276.
The major work to be done includes the following approximate quantities:1,000 tons of Aggregate Base Rock, 29,040 square feet of Cold Plane Pavement Removal – 3 Inch depth, 1,650 tons of HMAC Paving, 6,505 lineal feet of pavement striping, and the performance of additional and incidental work as called for in the plans and specifications. The Engineer’s Estimate is between $180,000.00 and $220,000.00
