Sealed proposals for the Filter Belt Press Procurement in Lebanon will be received by Ron Whitlatch, Engineering Services Director, at Lebanon City Hall located at 925 Main Street, Lebanon, Oregon 97355 until 9:00 a.m. on March 11, 2021.  Sealed proposals will be opened at 11:00 a.m., on March 11, 2021 via a virtual meeting.  Details of the virtual meeting will be sent out via email to the Bidders. 

The outside of the envelopes shall plainly identify the following:

Project Name and Number
Bid Opening Time and Date
Bidder’s Company Name

The City of Lebanon is requesting bids for a 3 Meter Filter Belt Press (FBP) for use at the Lebanon Wastewater Treatment Plant.  Specification requirements for the FBP are contained in the Invitation to Bids.

All proposals shall be submitted on the prescribed form and in the manner as indicated in the specifications. The City of Lebanon reserves the right to award the contract to the firm submitting the most qualified proposal, to postpone the acceptance of the proposal and the award of contract for a period not to exceed 30 days, or to reject any and all proposals received.
