West River Trail Project (Mtn. River Park to Mtn. River Drive)

Sealed proposals for the West River Trail Project (Mtn. River Park to Mtn. River Drive) in Lebanon will be received by Ron Whitlatch, Engineering Services Director, at Lebanon City Hall located at 925 Main Street, Lebanon, Oregon 97355 until 9:00 a.m. on July 10, 2018, when the sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read. The outside of the envelopes shall plainly identify the following:

• Project Name and Number
• Bid Opening Time and Date
• Bidder’s Company Name
• Bidder’s CCB License Number

Proposals submitted after the above-specified time or with incomplete or incorrect information will be considered non-responsive. If you have any questions concerning the project, please contact Gaylan Morris, Project Manager, at 541-258-4276. The major work to be done includes the following approximate quantities: 712 cubic yards of General Excavation, 420 tons of Aggregate Base Rock, 320 tons of Level 3, ½ Inch Dense HMAC Paving, 390 lineal feet of 30-Inch Straight Curb, and minor 4 Inch and 6 Inch P.C.\C. The project includes a Deductive Alternate for 510 tons HMAC Paving of the Cheadle Lake Island Loop Trail. The Deductive Alternate will be included in the base bid for the project and will only be implemented should the amount of funds be less than the lowest responsive bid. The Engineer’s Estimate is between $120,000.00 and $150,000.00
