Sealed proposals for Financial Audit Services for the City of Lebanon, Oregon will be received by Matt Apken, Finance Director, at Lebanon City Hall located at 925 Main Street, Lebanon, Oregon 97355 until 10:00 a.m. on April 2, 2021.
The outside of the envelopes shall plainly identify the following:

Proposals submitted after the above-specified time or with incomplete or incorrect information will be considered non-responsive. If you have any questions concerning the project, please contact Matt Apken, Finance Director, at 541-258-4212.
The City of Lebanon is requesting proposals for financial audit services for 4 fiscal years with the option to extend for two additional years. Specifics are included in the RFP.
Interested parties may obtain the documents at www.ci.lebanon.or.us under the Doing Business / Bids, RFPs and RFQs. Please call 541-258-4212 for any questions regarding the bid process.
All proposals shall be submitted in the manner as indicated in the specifications. The City of Lebanon reserves the right to award the contract to the firm submitting the most qualified proposal, to postpone the acceptance of the proposal and the award of contract for a period not to exceed 30 days, or to reject any and all proposals received.
